MARYLAND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Monthly management fee
10% for 7 properties or less.
9% for 8-15 properties.
8% for 16-25 properties and
7% for 26 or more managed.
For rooming or short-term rentals, we charge 15-18% based on occupancy levels.
The Manager requires a fee of 75% of one month's rent in the event of a vacancy for the purpose of marketing, advertising, and resident placement.
Included is the screening of potential tenants for prior evictions, judgments, liens, bankruptcies, criminal history, and credit worthiness which will be provided to the Land

Q: How long has your Maryland Property Management company been in business?
A. Living Legacy has been in business since 2009, and consists of 3 partners. We incorporated our firm in 2016 as an S-Corp and restructured it in 2017 as an LLC. We started our Property Management division in 2015.
Q: What types of property and types of investors does Living Legacy manage for in the Maryland area?
A. We manage Maryland residential properties from single condos to large apartment complexes for private owners. We also manage retail, industrial, and office commercial properties.
Q: How much do property management companies charge in Maryland?
A. As advertised on this website, our monthly management percentage is between 7-10% with a minimum of $100.00 per unit, per month. Multi-unit properties with rents under $1,250.00 will be treated on a case by case scenario.
