I had been working with Jamal from Living Legacy for over 2 years now. During this time I had learned to trust in his ability, honesty and diligence. Rental business in Baltimore is very specific and requires a lot of know-how's – this is where Jamal and his extensive network of resources come very useful. One example from very recent past is when the roof in one of my rental properties started leaking – I had called a regular roofing company and they had quoted me thousands of dollars to fix with extensive list of problems – this is when I asked Jamal for advice and sure enough he had a roofing specialist as part of his crew who was able to address the problem ASAP for the fraction of the cost. I have some properties that are managed by Living Legacy and some properties that I had gotten before I knew Living Legacy, that are managed directly by me. The example with the roof was with the property that I manage by myself, but it did not prevent Jamal from helping me because we have a very good relationship with him based on trust for the properties that he does manage for me. My advice for anyone looking for a Property Management company in Baltimore to seriously consider Jamal and his Living Legacy Company.
